Food/Beverage Application

Full Range heat remover system for use in a testing lab at a beverage-bottling manufacturer. System includes a ½-Ton air-cooled chiller, closed circuit with a 4.8 sq.ft. heat exchanger, 30-gallon non-pressurized tank and 20°F to 65F° (-7°C to 18°C) operation.

Cleanroom Application

Combination heating and chilling temperature control system for cleanroom environment for the manufacture of small medical components and devices. System includes stainless steel cabinetry and NEMA 4X panel, 5 to 250°F (-15 to 120°C) and semi-hermetic scroll compressor.

Pharmaceutical Application

Full Range combination heating and chilling system in one package for a vessel/reactor application producing cancer fighting drugs and vaccines. Shown in stainless steel construction with a slant-top electrical box for ease of use. Up to 60-Ton chilling capacities, heating capacities up to 96 kW and pumping capacities up to 120 GPM.

Semiconductor Application

Combination heating and chilling system with heating capability up to 250°F (121°C) and cooling down to 25°F (-4°C). System features secondary UPS power feed for auto restart, Cascade controller with SCR, RTD input accuracy of ± 0.2°C, 4-20 mA, and remote setpoint and retransmission.
