Sales Coordinator

Accounting, data entry, and customer service position. Provide support to representatives and customers with pricing information on parts by performing the following duties:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide accounting support relative to customer credit problems or over credit limit, payment applications, approving new credit applications and aged receivables.
  • Invoicing of parts/units and printing of invoices/credits daily.
  • Issue credits for parts/units.
  • Runs daily/weekly/monthly reports and spreadsheets.
  • Preparing paperwork for export orders including Proforma Invoices, Commercial Invoices, NAFTAs, Canadian Invoices and SEDs.
  • Provides customers with part information and quote price/availability.
  • Enter orders for spare parts and units placed directly from customers or representatives.
  • Expediting information on orders which includes stock, delivery, shipping, tracking, change orders and proofs of delivery.
  • Quotation and other related follow-ups internal and external.
  • Preparing shipping Bills of Lading (BOL).
  • Act as backup to Office Manager.
  • Adhere to work instructions and SOP's in accordance with ISO 9001.

Other duties may be assigned.

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
